About E-Resources Configuration

E-Resources management activities - ordering, activating, and linking to E-Resources - are different when it comes to configuration, because their configuration elements live inside other functional areas:

Acquisitions, for purchasing and activating E-Resources
Resource Management, for cataloging and maintaining E-Resources
Discovery, for making E-Resources findable by and available to patrons
