Field information provides catalogers with the ability to view the Library of Congress (LOC) MARC field information in the MD Editor.

To view field information in the MD Editor:

1. Open a record in the MD Editor
2. Click into a MARC field
3. Click Field information from the ellipses at the end of the MARC field

To close field information:

1. Click the "X" from the header of the Field Information screen in the MD Editor
