From the website: This set of guidelines serves to support Campus Libraries in promoting best practices to achieve EIT Accessibility as it pertains to critical library functions, including but not limited to, services, collections, and spaces.

It was developed by the Information Technology Industry Council and the Government Services Administration to assist with federal procurement practices.

From the website: WAVE® is a suite of evaluation tools that helps authors make their web content more accessible to individuals with disabilities. WAVE can identify many accessibility and Web Content Accessibility Guideline (WCAG) errors, but also facilitates human evaluation of web content. Our philosophy is to focus on issues that we know impact end users, facilitate human evaluation, and to educate about web accessibility.
